When our customers purchase a website design and hosting service from us, they have the ability to cancel their order at anytime after 30 days.
Our initial charge for a customer website design work must be paid for in advance. We work with our customers to guarantee their satisfaction. If customers wish to cancel their website design service, it should be cancelled within 5 business days of the original order. After 5 days our team will have put in hours of work costing us money and time. After 5 business days we will not cancel or refund credit card charges.
Hosting service is provided on a monthly basis, and can be cancelled or removed at anytime, with advance notice emailed to us before the next monthly charge will take place.
